Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on our products if you change your mind.  If you have purchased an item incorrectly, we may exchange for an alternative product of similar value.  Customised or specially ordered products are not able to be returned.

We reserve the right to accept refunds in exceptional cases.  A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund, plus any costs for customs return freight processing (usually 25CHF). The return shipping costs are to be by the customer.  The original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.

If a product has a manufacturing defect of fault, please make contact with us within 30 days of receiving the item to rectify or return the goods for a refund.  The goods must be received in an unused condition and in their original packaging.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of the approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the contact form on our website.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you have made a genuine mistake in ordering your product and require an alternative product of similar value. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through the contact us form on our website.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us in advance to receive the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that all return shipments are tracked and insured.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
