A direct replacement for the OEM bosch fuel pressure regulators used in many Porsche, Volvo, Mercedes and other makes.
Our fuel pressure regulator uses the latest Bosch regulators and by default is shipped with a 3.8bar regulator to be a direct replacement. It is available in alternative pressures of 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 Bar pressures or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator 2.0-5.0 bar. This simple and elegant design uses steel O-Ring boss sealing adapters to the manifold with multiple options for hose connections.

The bosch regulator is rated to a maximum fuel flow of 200lpm. The adjustable pressure regulator flows more and has been tested successfully with a Bosch 044 pump, but we have not yet measured its upper limits.

Porsche 964 / Late 928 OEM Fitting Kit
- 1 x Fuel pressure regulator body
- 3 x custom adapter fittings to fit to Porsche OEM hose ends.

Applications
- Replaces Bosch 0280160297, and Porsche 92811019825 & 92811019804 & 92811019803 - 3.8 Bar (engine running, no vacuum line connected)
- Direct replacement for Porsche 964 3.6 '89-94 C2/C4/RS fuel pressure regulator with factory lines as mounted to the engine breather cover.
- Direct replacement for Porsche 928 7/'88-94
- Not suitable for direct replacement for 993 fuel regulator - this is built into the rail.
- Suits many other vehicles fitted with this bosch regulator such as Bentley Brooklands, Continental, Turbo R, Rolls Royce Corniche, Silver Spur UE73999
- Can be used for other applications where lower fuel pressure was used, where it is desired to increase the base fuel pressure, and this can be adjusted in the tuning via ECU mapping.
